- ➤ The City of Sioux City Environmental Services Division reminds residents that recycling is free at the Citizen’s Convenience Center at 5800 28th St. It operates Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Saturday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), and residents should return plastic grocery bags to participating stores.
