- ➤ The Woodbury County Bookmobile has served students, daycares, and families with books since 1951 and will mark its 75th anniversary in January as it gears up for summer stops. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A recruiting consultant for the Sioux City Council said that hiring a city manager is now tougher than it was 10 years ago since fewer young people choose public service—he outlined a plan that begins with a job post on May 2, closes applications on June 4, holds interviews in late June, and ends with a hire in early July so the new manager can start in mid to late August.
