The Book Lovers’ book sale started Thursday at the old Chuck E.

Cheese location at Southern Hills Mall and will run until Saturday, May 2 or until all books are gone, offering thousands of books, DVDs, CDs, and vinyl records in varied weekend hours.

The Sioux Center Community Foundation awarded $34,000 in grants to 11 local groups to support projects such as a walk-in cooler for Hope Food Pantry and entry upgrades at the People’s Bank Pavilion site.
