- ➤ Construction on the Big Sioux Pedestrian Bridge that will link Sioux City’s 40 miles of trails with 10 miles in Dakota Dunes continues, with concrete structures finished on the South Dakota side while work on the Iowa side is underway so that the sections can be assembled this fall. - ➤ Hausmann Construction filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in federal court against the Woodbury County Law Enforcement Center Authority, Woodbury County, and others — alleging breach of contract and design errors that delayed the jail project.
