- ➤ In 2026, the Sioux City Garden Club will celebrate its 100th anniversary by planting 100 burr oak trees along the Missouri River at Chris Larsen Park — one tree was planted Friday with a Missouri River Historic Development grant and more trees will be planted across the region. KTIV
