- ➤ WarHorse Gaming Inc. said on Friday it secured $300 million in refinancing—funding the new casino project in South Sioux City where construction will begin next summer. Sioux City Journal
- ➤ YAM 4th Street Promenade reported in court filings that Main Street Theaters owes at least $65,000 in unpaid rent for August and September for the space leased by ACX Promenade Cinema. The owner hopes to reopen the theater soon—resolving the debt is key before doors can open again. Sioux City Journal
