  • Big Brothers Big Sisters' 2025 Tour of Homes begins today and will run through Saturday—there are 12 time slots available each day.  Sioux City Journal
  • UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Child Advocacy Center in Sioux City helps over 500 kids each year by using trauma-focused therapy and child-led exams to support those facing abuse, and staff are asking for blanket donations (a key comfort item) this holiday season.  KTIV
  • Brian Ortner from TRIPLE-A told Sioux County Radio that this Thanksgiving travel season will be the busiest yet — he advised drivers to leave early on Tuesday and Wednesday next week and to wait until about 11 a.m. on Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving to avoid heavy traffic. His guidance comes as travel numbers rise compared to pre-COVID times.  Sioux Country Radio

  • A team of four Dordt University students placed second at the Georgia State University Business Valuation Competition held in Atlanta and outperformed many graduate-level programs.
